Built from a real small-business need

My wife owns a cleaning business. It had grown beyond what one person could comfortably handle, but it was not yet large enough to support full-time employees. I saw firsthand how difficult it can be for a small-business owner to find dependable help for the hours or projects they actually need.

That gap is why I created Hui1099. Businesses like hers need a practical way to connect with people who want flexible, short-term independent work—without forcing either side into an arrangement that does not fit.

Hui1099 is for her business and for every client facing a similar challenge. My goal is to help businesses get the right help at the right time, while giving contractors more opportunities to choose work that fits their lives.
